Wheelset 650 mm for 3 Axle Bogie Heavy Load Wagon Bogie Wheels Axle

Breif introduction:

This 650 mm wheel set is applied for three axle bogie of 140 tons heavy load ladle rail car. It could also be applied for other heavy load railway freight wagons.

The axle load of the wheel set is 35 tons. The wheel adopt TB standard CL 60 rolled solid wheel, manufactured by named wheels manufacturer. The axle adopt LZ50 steel, manufactured by named railway axle forging company. The wheels and axle are mounted by interference fit according to TB1718 standard. Bearings are TIMKEN self-aligning bearings and the axle box is made by grade B casting steel.

We are able to provide AAR, EN, UIC standards wheels, axle and wheel sets according to customer requirements.
