Product Description
The balise is a critical trackside component of train control systems, installed at track center. It receives power signals from the Balise Transmission Module (BTM) antenna and communicates via magnetic induction to transmit telegrams. Xinrail Tech provides both switchable and unswitchable balise variants for railway applications.
Balise Types
Switchable Balise
Receives real-time telegrams from the Lineside Electronic Unit (LEU) and relays them to onboard equipment. In case of LEU communication failure, automatically transmits a pre-configured default telegram stored internally.
Unswitchable Balise
Transmits a fixed telegram stored in its internal memory without receiving updates from the LEU.
