The HTJZ-A1 Axle Counting System is a fail-safe track occupancy detection system designed to accurately determine whether a track section is occupied or clear. The sensor consists of a transmitting head and receiving head mounted on the rail with clamping fixtures. The transmitting head is positioned on the rail's outer side while the receiving head is installed on the inner side. Featuring a fully encapsulated design with IP68 protection against dust and water ingress.

The unit comprises a magnetic head board and protective enclosure, mounted on ground or wall using brackets. The modular single-board design is housed in an aluminum alloy enclosure with gasket seals, providing IP66-rated protection against environmental elements.
