Our DRZL650 and 880 models are processed using advanced machinery including Korea DOOSAN Large Processing Center, Germany NILES gear grinding machine, LG Mazak Little Giant CNC Turning Center, Samsung Turning Center PL35M, Gear accuracy tester T-600, and Germany Three-coordinates measuring machine for body testing.
Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, passes through forced feeder into pressing chamber, and is distributed to two pressing areas by feeding scraper. High-speed ring die rotation compacts material between die and pressure roller, forming continuous columnar pellets that are cut to required length.
