Product Description
The Wood Pallet Crusher is an industrial wood processing machine designed to efficiently crush various wood materials into smaller particles. This heavy-duty equipment processes waste wood materials including wood pallets, furniture waste, construction formwork, bamboo plywood, wooden shelves, and other wood scraps into uniform wood chips of approximately 30mm.
Operation Principle
The crusher operates through a high-speed rotor system driven by a three-belt power transmission. The dual-configuration rotor features both hammer-type and blade-type designs, allowing optimal processing of different materials. The hammer configuration handles pallets and construction templates with minimal nails, while the blade configuration processes branches, sticks, and larger diameter rounds.
