This industrial pellet mill is engineered for processing low-adhesiveness biomass materials including wood waste, sawdust, wood shavings, agricultural straw, rice husk, and various feed pellets. The machine transforms raw biomass into uniform pellets through advanced compression technology.
Raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber where the rotating ring die drives roller shells. Through mechanical action, materials are pressed through ring die holes, forming pellets that are then cut to precise lengths by scrapers.
