Maintenance Guidelines
- Properly adjust rollers to prevent damage to hole inlets from contact with rollers or tramp metal
- Ensure material is evenly distributed across the entire working area
- Verify all holes work uniformly, opening clogged holes when necessary
- During die changes, carefully inspect die seating surfaces and fixing systems including collar, clamp, or wear ring
