Electric CPM Biomass Wood Pellet Mill Machine
Industrial-grade pellet mill for converting various biomass materials into energy-efficient fuel pellets with production capacities from 1-3 tons per hour.
Applications
Processes wood, straw, rice husk, grass, woodchips, sawdust, cotton stalk, coconut shell, bamboo, wood shavings, sunflower, and other biomass materials into pellets for biomass energy fuels plants, power plants, and wood processing facilities.
Working Principle
Material from the granulation bin is fed into the chute via feeding auger, enters the pressing chamber through forced feeder, and is distributed to pressing areas by feeding scraper. High-speed rotation of the ring die brings material between die and pressure rollers, where strong extrusion gradually compacts and forms pellets in die holes. Continuous extrusion produces columnar material discharged from die holes, cut to required length by cutter.
