Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, passes through forced feeder into pressing chamber, and is distributed by feeding scraper into two pressing areas within the ring die. High-speed rotation compacts material between ring die and pressure rollers, forming continuous columnar pellets that are cut to required lengths.
Compression ratio (L/D) determines pellet density, with optimal ratios calculated based on raw material hardness. Harder materials typically require smaller compression ratios for optimal pellet quality.
