Operation Process
Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, passes through forced feeder into pressing chamber, and is distributed by feeding scraper to two pressing areas. High-speed ring die rotation compacts material between die and pressure rollers, forming continuous columnar pellets that are cut to required length.
Compression Ratio Technology
Compression ratio (L/D) determines pellet density, where L is effective die hole pelleting length and D is effective die hole diameter. Optimal ratios are calculated based on raw material hardness for superior pellet quality.
