MZHL508 Industrial Wood Biomass Pellet Mill Machine - 2.5-3 ton/hr Capacity, 500mm Ring Die, 110kW Motor
The MZHL508 wood biomass pellet mill processes various solid wood materials including furniture waste, branches, sawdust, and wood shavings into high-density pellets. This industrial-grade equipment produces 2.5-3 tons per hour of wood pellets, making it ideal for commercial biomass fuel production.

Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, moves through the chute to the forced feeder, and enters the pressing chamber. The feeding scraper distributes material to two pressing areas within the rotating ring die. High-speed rotation brings material between the ring die and pressure rollers, where strong extrusion gradually compacts and forms pellets through the die holes. Continuous extrusion produces columnar material that is cut to required lengths by the cutter before proceeding to the next processing stage.
Compression Ratio = L/D (L: Effective Die Hole Pelleting Length; D: Effective Die Hole Diameter). Higher compression ratios produce denser pellets, but optimal ratios depend on raw material hardness. Generally, harder materials require smaller compression ratios for optimal pellet quality.
