- Feeder & Observation Hole: Variable frequency speed control with observation window for real-time monitoring
- Forced Feeder: Ensures consistent material flow to the main engine
- Pelleting Chamber: Comprises two rollers, ring die, and precision fixing components
- Safety Device: Integrated safety pin and switch system protects main shaft and prevents damage from foreign objects
- Ring Die Lifting Device: Facilitates easy replacement of roller shell and ring die
- Ring Die Construction: Customized raw materials with imported processing equipment and professional heat treatment
Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, proceeds through forced feeder into the pressing chamber, and is distributed by feeding scraper to two pressing areas within the ring die. High-speed rotation of the ring die compacts material between the die and pressure rollers, gradually forming dense pellets that are extruded through die holes and cut to specified lengths.
Compression Ratio = L/D (L: Effective Die Hole Pelleting Length; D: Effective Die Hole Diameter). Higher compression ratios produce denser pellets, with optimal ratios determined by raw material hardness characteristics.
