Machine Structure & Components

Operating Principle
Material enters the granulation bin via feeding auger, moves through forced feeder into pressing chamber, and is distributed by feeding scraper to two pressing areas. High-speed ring die rotation compacts material between die and pressure roller, forming continuous columnar pellets that are cut to required lengths.
Compression Ratio Guidance
Compression Ratio = L/D (L: Effective Die Hole Pelleting Length; D: Effective Die Hole Diameter). Higher ratios produce denser pellets, but optimal ratio depends on raw material hardness - harder materials require smaller compression ratios.
