Production Process Flow
1. Wood Chipping
Drum wood chipper processes tree trunks and logs into wood chips smaller than 5cm.
2. Grinding Processing
Hammer mill system converts wood chips into fine sawdust suitable for pelletizing.
3. Drying System
Rotary dryer reduces moisture content from 50% to optimal 13-15% for pelletizing.
4. Pelletizing Process
High-performance pellet mill with SIEMENS motor, SKF bearings, and forced feeding device.
5. Cooling System
Immediately cools pellets from 70°C to room temperature, enhancing hardness and strength.
6. Packing Processing
Automatic packing system with sewing machine for 10-100kg bags, ensuring dry and waterproof storage.
