2. Drying System
Rotary dryer reduces moisture content from 50% to optimal 13-15% range for efficient pelletizing.
3. Pelletizing Process
Advanced pellet mill with SIEMENS motor, high-precision gear transmission, SKF bearings, and forced feeding device. Core ring die made from 42CrMo alloy steel.
4. Cooling System
Immediately cools pellets from 70°C to room temperature, enhancing hardness and strength.
5. Packing Processing
Automated packing system with bag sizes from 10-100kg, using sewing machines for waterproof closure.
