Installation & Operation Guidelines
- Select appropriate die hole compression ratio for optimal performance
- Adjust working gap between ring die and pressure roller to 0.1-0.3mm
- New ring dies should be paired with new pressure rollers
- Perform preliminary raw material cleaning and magnetic separation
- Regularly inspect die holes for blockages and clear as needed
- Smooth pressure roller flanges with hand grinder when sharp edges appear
