RDF Composition & Processing
RDF primarily consists of combustible waste components such as non-recyclable plastics (excluding PVC), paper, cardboard, labels, and corrugated materials. These materials undergo comprehensive processing including screening, air classification, ballistic separation, ferrous/non-ferrous material removal, glass and stone extraction, and shredding to uniform grain size. The resulting homogeneous material serves as an effective substitute for fossil fuels in cement plants, lime facilities, coal-fired power plants, and as reduction agents in steel furnaces.
