Product Applications
This wood crusher is primarily designed for processing large-diameter wood materials including trees, logs, stumps, roots, trunks, and various branches. It can also effectively process packaged straw materials. The machine is widely used in biomass pellet processing plants, waste template processing facilities, bamboo plywood plants, wood-based panel factories, composite board manufacturers, and power plant boiler raw material combustion systems.
Operation Principle
The wood pallet crusher operates by driving the rotor at high speed through a three-belt linkage system. The rotor disc features two distinct configurations: hammer type for crushing pallets, building templates, and plate materials with minimal nails; and blade type for processing branches, sticks, and larger diameter round wood materials.
