Materials in the granulation bin are fed into the chute via the feeding auger, entering the press chamber through the forced feeder. The feeding scraper distributes material to two pressing areas within the rotating ring die. Under high-speed rotation, material is compressed between the ring die and pressure rollers, gradually compacting and forming in the die holes. Continuous extrusion produces columnar material that is cut to required lengths by the cutter before proceeding to the next processing stage.
