Application Guidelines
This scraper chain conveyor supports horizontal transportation and inclined conveying operations. For upward material transport, maximum inclination should not exceed 25°. For downward transport, maximum inclination should not exceed 20°. Anti-skid devices are required for steep inclinations. The flexible design allows 2°-4° bending in both horizontal and vertical directions.
Maintenance & Service Requirements
- Continuously monitor conveyor operation and immediately stop for any abnormal sounds or faults
- Regularly inspect all components, particularly scraper chains and transmission systems
- Maintain proper chain tension - excessive tightness increases wear while looseness causes jamming
- Replace worn cleaning brushes promptly
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for motor, reducer, and hydraulic coupling maintenance
- Perform regular cleaning, replace worn parts, and lubricate all designated components
