Operational Process
Materials enter the granulation bin via feeding auger, proceed through forced feeder into the press chamber, and are distributed by feeding scraper to two pressing areas. High-speed ring die rotation compacts material between die and pressure roller, forming continuous columnar pellets that are cut to required lengths.
