Material Processing Capabilities
Processes raw wood logs, small diameter wood, residual material from wood harvesting (branches, twigs), and leftover materials from timber processing (lath, slab, core, wood waste).
Working Principle
Wood is fed through the feeding port and contacts high-speed rotating cutting blades. The rotating drum mechanism, equipped with multiple flying knives, processes wood into uniform chips. Qualified pieces fall through mesh screen holes for discharge, while larger pieces undergo repeated cutting cycles.
