Installation & Operation Guidelines
Select appropriate die hole compression ratio for optimal performance
Adjust working gap between ring die and pressure roller to 0.1-0.3mm
Use new ring die with new pressure roller for best results
Smooth pressure roller flanges with hand grinder when sharp corners appear
Implement preliminary raw material cleaning and magnetic separation
Regularly inspect die holes for blockages and clear promptly
