Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Critical Operational Notes:
- Select appropriate die hole compression ratio based on material requirements
- Maintain working gap between ring die and pressure roller between 0.1-0.3mm
- Use new ring die with new pressure roller for optimal performance
- Ensure pressure roller and ring die are properly loosened before tightening during installation
- Regularly smooth sharp corners on pressure roller flanges using hand grinder
- Implement preliminary cleaning and magnetic separation for raw materials to prevent iron contamination
- Conduct regular inspections for die hole blockages and promptly clear using punching or drilling methods
