Overview:
Malachite Green (MG) rapid detection card is convenient, fast and sensitive, suitable for on-site mass sample detection. The test card contains an antigen in the test area (T) and an antibody ⅱ in the control area (C) which are fixed in advance in the nitrocellulose membrane. The gold label antibody in the micropores was dissolved in the sample and incubated for 3 min. The solution in the gold label micropores was added to the detection card and sample well for 5-8 min reaction. According to T zone, C zone color contrast interpretation results. Whether malachite green was present or not, a purplish red band appeared in zone C.

Preservation and stability:
Store in dry place at 20±5℃, do not freeze, avoid direct sunlight.
This test card is valid for 6 months, and the production date is shown in the packaging box.

Detection Procedure:
1. Please restore the product to room temperature before use;
2. Open the aluminum foil bag, take the required amount of gold label microholes and test cards, mark them and put them on the table (note: after removing the microholes, seal the aluminum foil bag immediately to prevent moisture);
3. Take the sample to be tested 100 μL into the gold label microhole, blow carefully until the purplish red particles at the bottom of the hole are completely dissolved (note: blow gently to avoid bubbles), and incubate at room temperature for 3 min.
Note: Samples should be tested immediately after processing!
4. Add all the gold label microporous solution into the detection card and sample well, and interpret the result after 5-8 min reaction.
Result Judgment:
Negative: C line color, T line darker than C line color or consistent,The test results were negative.
Positive: C line is colored, T line is lighter than C line or T line is light green, and the test result is positive.
Invalid: Line C does not display color, regardless of whether line T displays color, the detection card is judged to be invalid.
