Relay Characteristics of Relays
The input signal x of the relay increases continuously from zero to the action value xx when the armature starts to pull in, and the output signal of the relay immediately jumps from y=0 to y=ym, that is, the normally open contact changes from off to on. Once the contact is closed, the input quantity x continues to increase, and the output signal y will no longer change. When the input quantity x drops to xf from a value greater than xx, the relay starts to release and the normally open contact is disconnected. We call this characteristic of the relay characteristic, also called the input-output characteristic of the relay.

The relay has the following functions:
(1) Expand the control range: For example, when the multi-contact relay control signal reaches a certain value, it can switch, break, and connect multiple circuits at the same time according to the different forms of the contact group.
(2) Amplification: For example, sensitive relays, intermediate relays, etc., can control large power circuits with a very small control amount.
(3) Integrated signal: For example, when multiple control signals are input into the multi-winding relay in the prescribed form, the predetermined control effect is achieved after comparison and synthesis.
(4) Automatic, remote control, monitoring: For example, the relay on the automatic device and other electrical appliances can form a program control circuit to realize automatic operation.
1. Using under a clean environment(excluding H2S, SO2, NO2, dust contaminants), dust-proof type is recommended using under a polluted environment(containing H2S, SO2, NO2, dust contaminants), sealed type is recommended, and please contact us during practical application；

3. If the dielectric strength between the coil & contacts has to be over 2500VAC, please inform us before ordering, so as to provide the proper types.
4. Avoid using it under strong magnetic or shock extremes conditions, or the technical rating will be changed.
