Features and applications of zirconium plate:
Zirconium (Zr) sputtering targets have the same properties as their raw materials. Its density is 6.49g/cc, melting point is 1852°C, and vapor pressure at 1987°C is 10 -4 Torr. It is a lustrous, off-white, strong transition metal very similar to hafnium and, to a lesser extent, titanium. Zirconium is mainly used as refractory materials and opacifying agents, but small amounts of zirconium are used as alloying agents due to their strong corrosion resistance. Zirconium sputtering targets are widely used in decorative coatings, semiconductor and optical coating fields.
