Characteristics of titanium plate:
1. The surface oxide film of titanium sheet is equivalent to a good long-lasting wear-resistant separator. The use of titanium plate saves separator, makes the plate easy to peel, and eliminates the process of pre-treatment of the seed plate. The titanium seed plate is half lighter than the copper seed plate.
2. The service life of the titanium seed plate is more than 3 times that of the copper seed plate, which can reach 10 to 20 years according to the operating conditions
3. The electrolytic copper made from titanium seed plate has dense crystal structure, smooth surface and excellent quality.
4. Since the titanium seed sheet does not need to apply a separator, it can avoid the contamination of the copper electrolyte.
5. Increasing production capacity reduces the production cost of electrolytic copper, thus achieving better economic benefits.
