The production process of the tungsten-nickel-iron alloy rod is to press and sinter the tungsten alloy powder in the billet, and then roll it into a rod shape. Smaller sizes can only be made according to subsequent drawings. The tungsten-nickel-iron alloy rod can be manufactured in any length. We can also supply tungsten alloy tubes. Special lengths and special constructions are available upon request.

4. Applictaion of Tunsgten Nicikel Iron Alloy Rod 90% Tungsten:

Tungsten-nickel-iron alloy rods can be further processed into counterweights, nuclear radiation shields, military products, welding rods, and extrusion dies. Some are also used in sports products, such as making darts, bats, golf clubs, and more. We manufacture and offer Tungsten-NiFe rods with similar characteristics to Anviloy 1150 and can be used as an alternative to Anviloy 1150.

Tungsten alloy rods are very popular due to their high density, high melting point, small size, high hardness, high wear resistance and extremely high tensile strength.
