1. TZM Alloy Molybdenum Top Head description:
The head of the mandrel for the seamless steel pipe is formed of the molybdenum top head, an alloy of molybdenum, titanium, zirconium, and carbon. Stainless steel, brazing steel, high temperature alloy steel, molybdenum, and other specialty parts are suitable for perforated seamless steel pipes.

4. Applictaion of TZM Alloy Molybdenum Top Head:
TZM alloy molybdenum top head be used for perforated seamless steel pipes, such as stainless steel, brazing steel, high temperature alloy steel, molybdenum and other special parts. It is mainly used for the perforation of seamless steel pipes such as stainless steel, brazing steel, bearing steel and high-temperature alloy steel, and for the severe, high-temperature hot-rolled perforation of seamless pipes made of various materials.
5. Process craft of TZM Alloy Molybdenum Top Head:
Molybdenum powder → preparation of additives → mixing of molybdenum powder and additives → charging → cold isostatic pressing → turning and repairing → high temperature sintering in intermediate frequency furnace → inspection → finished product.
The rare earth material is added with molybdenum powder FMo-1 raw material, and then processed through mixing, molding, shape processing, and finally high-temperature sintering. The finished product has a density of ≥9.4g/cm3.
