1. Description of Tungsten Rhenium Alloy Wire WRe25:
Tungsten rhenium alloy wire (tungsten rhenium alloy wire) or sapphire rhenium alloy wire (tungsten rhenium alloy wire for Sapphire) is an alloy composed of tungsten as the base and rhenium element added, which is a kind of tungsten alloy. Typical rhenium contents in this alloy are: 1%, 3%, 5%, 20%, 25% and 26%, etc.

1). The distribution of rhenium in tungsten-rhenium alloy wire is uniform, and the fluctuation range of rhenium content is controlled at 30.15%;

4). The diameter of the tungsten-rhenium filament is uniform.

5. Production Process of Tungsten Rhenium Alloy Wire WRe25:
There are two kinds of powder metallurgy method and smelting method for preparing tungsten-rhenium alloy. Powder metallurgy method is commonly used in actual production. The tungsten-rhenium alloys are created using the following powder metallurgy method:
Preparation of tungsten-rhenium pre-alloyed powder → hydrogen reduction → pressing (molding or isostatic pressing) → sintering (vertical melting sintering or medium frequency induction sintering) → pressure processing (including extrusion, rolling, swaging and wire drawing, etc.).
Preparation of tungsten-rhenium pre-alloyed powder commonly used solid-solid method (tungsten powder mixed with rhenium powder, tungsten trioxide powder mixed with ammonium rhenate powder), solid-liquid method (tungsten powder mixed with ammonium rhenate solution, tungsten trioxide powder mixed Mixed with ammonium rhenate solution), liquid-liquid method (mixed with ammonium tungstate solution and ammonium rhenate solution and prepared by spray drying or other methods), etc.
The hydrogen-reduced tungsten-rhenium alloy powder can be formed by mechanical pressing and steel die pressing, or isostatic pressing (uniform green density). The compacted bar can be sintered by direct energization vertical melting or cP, N induction indirect heating sintering to obtain a tungsten-rhenium alloy bar with a relative density of 92% to 95%. Isostatic pressing and medium frequency induction heating sintering yield the highest quality billets with the best uniformity and consistency of all production methods.
