Mo Crucible For Metallurgical Industry, Monocrystalline Silicon, Solar Energy, Artificial Crystals, Rare Earth Industry
1. Description Of Molybdenum crucible:
The operational temperature range for the molybdenum crucible is between 1100°C and 1800°C. It is comprised of Mo-1 molybdenum powder. primarily utilized by the machining, monocrystalline silicon, solar energy, rare earth, and metallurgical industries.
2. Classification Of Molybdenum crucible:
Molybdenum crucibles come in a variety of forms, including machine, welding, riveting, and stamping crucibles. Forged Molybdenum Crucible,Sintered crucible.

4. Production Craft Of Molybdenum crucible:
The following describes a molybdenum crucible manufacturing process and its individual steps are as follows:
1) Using molybdenum powder as raw material;
2) Produced with cold and other fine presses;
3) Sintering treatment;
4) Use flowing water to cool the intermediate frequency sintering furnace for 9 to 10 hours after sintering;
5) Remove the molybdenum rod and warm it up in the muffle furnace;
6) Remove the molybdenum rod, forge it 30–40 times using an air hammer with a 1000 kg impact force;
7) The molybdenum crucible is created by machining the groove, the outer circle, and the end face until the molybdenum crucible's surface roughness reaches Ra1.6-Ra3.2m.
The molybdenum crucible produced using this method has the benefits of being less expensive and requiring less equipment. The crucible is initially formed into a solid, powdery billet, and then the grains are refined through a second, high-temperature crystallization process. This increases the crucible's strength and resilience. high temperature.
