The HVM Vertical Coal Mill is an advanced pulverizing system designed for efficient coal processing across multiple industrial applications including cement plants, thermal power generation, steel manufacturing, and glass production facilities.

The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer mechanism. Material enters through the feed inlet to the grinding plate center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed particles while oversized material returns for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, with qualified fine powder collected in the powder collection system.

The integrated drying process effectively reduces material moisture content through direct contact with hot gas streams.
