Material Processing Capabilities

HVM vertical mill handles materials with moisture content ranging from 20-30% (calcium carbide slag, lignite) to less than 1% (cement clinker), demonstrating exceptional adaptability to varying material conditions.

Working Principle

The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed port and moves toward the grinding plate edge by centrifugal force. Crushing occurs as material passes through circular grooves, with high-speed airflow carrying crushed particles. Large particles return for regrinding while qualified fine powder is collected through the powder selection system.
