Working Principle
The vertical mill operates through a centrifugal grinding system where raw coal enters through the center of a rotating grinding plate. Multiple grinding rollers simultaneously crush the material while hot air flows through the system for drying. The integrated separator controls particle size, with oversized particles returning for regrinding and finished pulverized coal collected for output.
Application Range
HVM vertical mills process materials from high humidity to dry conditions, handling both difficult-to-grind and easy-to-grind substances. The system produces powder ranging from 2-5mm coarse material to ultra-fine powder with 97% passing rate at 15 microns, offering versatile fineness adjustment for various industrial applications.
