The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via the reducer. Material enters through the feed port and moves toward the plate edge by centrifugal force, where grinding rollers crush it. High-speed airflow carries crushed particles past dynamic and static separators—coarse powder returns for regrinding while fine powder is collected. Moisture is removed through contact with hot gas during processing.
