Designed for vertical mills and air swept ball mills with capacity range from 35 to 700 m³/h. Features simple layout, reliable operation, and excellent sealing performance with replaceable wear-resistant lining.

ALRF Series Rotary Air Lock Feeder industrial equipment
Working Principle
The rotary air lock feeder consists of shell, rotor, and drive components. Multiple blade rotors inside the feeder allow materials from the upper bin to fill blade gaps by gravity. As the rotor rotates at constant speed, materials discharge uniformly at the lower inlet.
Special wear-resistant rotor blades maintain optimal contact with the shell inner wall. Adjustable blade ends ensure continuous sealing performance even after wear. The rotor can be ventilated with hot air for drying capability, making it suitable for viscous materials with high moisture content while preventing sticking and blocking.
