Working Principle
The rotary air lock feeder consists of a shell, rotor, and drive components. Multiple rotor blades inside the unit fill with material from the upper bin via gravity. As the rotor rotates at constant speed, materials are discharged uniformly at the lower inlet. The wear-resistant blades maintain optimal contact with the shell interior, ensuring consistent air sealing performance throughout operation.
