ALRF Series Rotary Air Lock Valve
High-performance rotary air lock feeder designed for powder and granular material handling with excellent sealing capabilities and uniform feeding performance.
Working Principle
The rotary air lock feeder consists of a shell, rotor, and drive components. Multiple-blade rotors inside the unit allow materials from the upper bin to fill blade gaps by gravity. As the rotor rotates at constant speed, materials are discharged at the lower inlet, ensuring consistent material flow due to uniform blade spacing.
Applications
This versatile equipment serves as a specialized air lock feeder for vertical mills and air swept ball mills. It enables continuous material discharge from trippers and dust collectors while maintaining internal pressure isolation from atmospheric conditions. Suitable for handling powder, small particles, flakes, and fibrous materials through pressure differential operation.
