Working Principle
The rotary airlock feeder consists of a shell, rotor assembly, and drive components. Multiple blades on the rotor create uniform chambers that fill with material from the upper bin via gravity. As the rotor rotates at constant speed, materials are discharged at the lower inlet. The wear-resistant blades maintain optimal contact with the shell interior, ensuring consistent air sealing performance throughout operation.
