Working Principle
The rotary air lock feeder consists of a shell, rotor assembly, and drive components. Multiple blades within the rotor create uniform chambers that fill with material from the upper bin via gravity. As the rotor rotates at constant speed, materials are discharged at the lower inlet. The wear-resistant blades maintain optimal contact with the shell interior, ensuring reliable air lock functionality while accommodating material variations.
