The PJP type positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump is a low-pressure, continuous pneumatic conveying system designed for efficient transport of powdered materials. Installed at silo bottoms, it utilizes compressed air to move materials through pipelines to designated storage locations.

The PJP jet pump system consists of the jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top chamber, manual spiral gate, and compressed air supply. Compressed air from Roots blowers creates high-speed airflow through the nozzle, generating negative pressure that draws materials from the pump top bin. The material-air mixture passes through an expansion pipe where kinetic energy converts to static pressure, enabling transportation through feeding pipes to the destination.

The system features automatic controls with pneumatic butterfly valves that close during transport suspension or pressure abnormalities. Material conveying capacity varies based on silo material height or air lock device capacity when equipped.
