Working Principle
The PJP jet pump system comprises the jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top chamber, manual spiral gate, and compressed air supply, typically powered by Roots blowers. Materials enter through the manual spiral gate, pump top bin, and pneumatic butterfly valve. Compressed air passing through the nozzle creates high-speed airflow, generating negative pressure that mixes materials with the airflow. As the material-gas mixture passes through the expansion pipe, kinetic energy converts to static pressure energy, transporting powdered materials through the feeding pipe to the terminal.
