The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the grinding plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material, with large particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, with qualified fine powder collected in powder collection devices.
