The PCD silo pump system utilizes dense phase low-speed pneumatic conveying technology, transporting materials at speeds below suspension velocity. Unlike conventional methods, materials move through pipelines in continuous dune-like formations or alternating air-material plugs, significantly reducing velocity-related issues common in traditional pneumatic conveying systems.
The silo pump features a pressure-sealed dome valve that closes through a stationary material column. With bottom discharge piping and centralized control gas systems, multiple feeding points connect in series to form synchronized conveying pipelines. Level sensors activate the system to initiate conveying cycles automatically.
