The VRM Cement Mill is a high-efficiency grinding system designed for cement clinker processing, delivering outputs ranging from 30 to 290 tons per hour with a specific surface area of 350㎡/kg. This vertical roller mill integrates multiple functions into a single compact unit for optimal industrial performance.
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation via a reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet and moves centrifugally toward the disc edge, where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Hot air dries materials while dynamic separation ensures fine powder collection as finished product.
