This high-efficiency vertical grinding machine is specifically engineered for producing ultrafine calcite powder with capacities ranging from 1 to 45 tons per hour. The equipment delivers exceptional performance in grinding efficiency while maintaining low energy consumption and operational costs.
The electric motor drives the grinding plate rotation through a reducer system. Material enters through the feed inlet to the grinding plate center while hot air flows into the chamber. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow, with oversized particles returning for regrinding. A dynamic separator ensures only qualified fine powder proceeds to collection.
