Bauxite Grinding Mill Overview
Bauxite, also known as aluminum ore, is primarily composed of aluminum oxide with hydrated impurities. This earthy mineral appears white, grayish white, brownish yellow, or light red depending on iron content. With hardness of 1-3 on Mohs scale, bauxite is insoluble in water but soluble in sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions. It serves critical applications in aluminum smelting, refractory products, abrasives, military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery, and medical equipment casting.

Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the plate center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material from the wind ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder exits with airflow to collection systems. Moisture control occurs through contact with hot gases during processing.
