The Low Energy Consumption Desulfurization Gypsum Vertical Mill is an advanced grinding system designed for processing non-flammable, non-explosive brittle materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The electric motor drives the grinding disc rotation via a reducer. Material enters through the feeding port to the disc center while hot air flows into the grinding chamber. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic separator ensures only qualified fine powder (325-3000 mesh) is collected as final product.
