Product Overview
The gypsum vertical grinding mill is an advanced energy-saving grinding system that integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying operations. This industrial equipment combines proven vertical grinding technology with innovative upgrades to deliver exceptional performance across multiple industries including cement, power generation, metallurgy, chemicals, and non-metallic minerals.
Operational Principle
The grinding process begins when the electric motor drives the grinding plate rotation via a reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the plate center while hot air flows into the grinding chamber. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material upward, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic separator classifies particles, sending coarse material back for further grinding while qualified fine powder exits with the airflow to collection systems.
